Builder, Master Plumber – Mark McGuire – Licensed builder with 35 years of experience within the building industry brings the expertise and professionalism to undertake all forms of civil and building construction projects.

Civil Engineer – Jeremy Clapp – A qualified and practical experienced engineering professional who brings extensive conceptual, design and supervision skills in the civil engineering and environmental impact fields of property development.

Surveyor, Developer – Brian Martyn – with 30 years experience as a surveyor and property developer who’s extensive expertise with land and property development brings strength, experience and confidence to every development undertaken by the group.

Business Services and Mentoring – Mark Wylie – A qualified Financial Advisor who has 35+ years of business experience. He currently manages his family’s 82+ year old family business that operates in the property and equity sectors. Mark mentors in business and wealth creation and owns a business and services company called BPI Wealth Mentors. Mark will oversee the overall financial control of the business for all stakeholders involved.

Governance and Management – Michael Dilettoso – A qualified hotelier with over 25 years experience in the service industry and tourism. He has a keen understanding of investment management and service delivery. In addition to his investment experience, Michael has numerous directorships and works closely with the AICD emerging directors group and South Australian Angel investment community. Michael will focus on strategic governance and quality service delivery.
